International Swimming League
2019/20

With the role of Art Director and Lead Designer at Girraphic for the 2019/20 ISL Events, I led the creation of all broadcast graphics and assisted in person to their season in Budapest. This swimming competition demanded innovative visuals, so I designed and built the real-time virtual graphics package in Vizrt, developed animation systems, and produced pre-rendered sequences with a style that broke all aquatic standards. Working closely with our creative team, we developed everything from team mascots to alien environments, delivering a cohesive look for the league's tech-forward broadcasts.

Virtual Opening
Take Over

I developed an augmented reality opener that began with a pre-rendered video sequence, then it transition with the Roby Cam's tracking system into live AR. As the camera moved through the venue, virtual planets appeared, culminating in the event logo's dramatic reveal over Budapest's competition pool.

Virtual Team Mascots

I transformed team mascots into real-time augmented graphics by optimizing and animating the 3D models for Vizrt. These dynamic characters came to life inside the aquatic venue during the Finals, serving as special augmented elements for each leading team.
