CHRISTMAS GAMEDAY
2024
For Netflix’s first-ever live NFL broadcast, I joined as design lead midway through 2024, taking ownership of the insert package’s creative direction and technical implementation. My role spanned the full pipeline: concepting the motion language with the art team, designing 3D elements in Cinema 4D, and building the Vizrt templates for augmented graphics and scoreboards.
I traveled biweekly to Los Angeles from November through Christmas, testing graphics on-site with NFL producers, refining the system based on feedback, and troubleshooting during rehearsals. The package aired across two stadiums and a studio in Los Angeles, featuring a dynamic scoreboard (that I designed for SMT’s integration) and real-time data visualizations. On game day, I asisted alongside the crew, ensuring every graphic, from AR overlays to player stats, performed perfectly under live conditions.
